What we put into our bodies and how we move our bodies will result in either positive or negative outcomes. Through my own life experiences I am well equipped to help those with various issues that make it difficult to master a better lifestyle. I can attest to weight loss, weight gain, muscular dystrophy and atrophy, negative self body image, depression, anxiety, life after a successful sports coaching and playing career, business success and failure, heartache, serious life threatening illness, grief and also the ongoing balance between conventional and alternative medicines and doctors.
